Advanced Security Center Security is a core priority of our platform. We integrate an Advanced Security Center that actively monitors and protects against threats such as SQL Injection, Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), and Automated BOT attacks. With Smart WAF Protection Active, every request is analyzed to block malicious activity while allowing trusted access. Audit Trail Our system maintains a detailed Audit Trail of administrator activities. This ensures transparency and accountability by recording news creation and updates, comment moderation actions, popup creation, and login events with timestamps. Forensic Logs The portal also features Forensic Logs that capture attempted attacks in real time. These logs provide timestamped records of suspicious activity, IP and browser details of attackers, detection of SQL injection payloads in input fields, and immediate options to block malicious IPs. Blacklist Management Administrators can manually block suspicious IP addresses through the Blacklist feature. This allows direct input of IP addresses with reasons for blocking, centralized monitoring of currently blocked IPs, and quick response to repeated or high-risk attack sources. Whitelist Management To complement the blacklist, the system also provides a Whitelist feature. This ensures trusted IP addresses can bypass filters and access the system without interruption. Administrators can add specific IPs with labels, maintain a list of trusted addresses, and remove or update whitelisted entries as needed. Session Management The Sessions feature allows administrators to monitor all active user sessions in real time. This includes tracking user activity by IP address and browser agent, viewing the last activity timestamp for each session, and forcing logout of suspicious or inactive sessions. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) To further strengthen account security, the portal supports Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This requires a password plus a unique code generated by apps like Google Authenticator or Authy. QR code scanning and secret key verification ensure maximum protection for administrator accounts. Global Security Configuration The Global settings provide administrators with centralized control over system-wide security policies. Options include Geo-Fencing to restrict access to specific countries and Inactivity Timeout to automatically log out users after a set period of inactivity. Alerts & Notifications To ensure administrators are always informed, the portal includes an Alerts system with multiple notification channels. Telegram Bot Integration allows real-time alerts to be sent directly to a Telegram chat, while Email Security Alerts provide updates about suspicious activity or system changes.
